guyz need some comment on this,

my house only have 1 phone line, its already applied streamyx 1MB together with spliter to telephone.

Just got another new pc and I want to do internet connection sharing to this 1MB streamyx. Because I use it for gaming, so I want both pc to have at least 1Mb.

Should I upgrade to 2MB? or chose other broadbane? If upgrade to 2MB, is it surely each pc will have 1MB?

if for online gaming 1mb is enough gua .. if u want download then mayb should upgrade to 2mb .. coz my fren house using 1 mb line on 2 pc to play online game such as maplestory and dota without any problem .. no lag issue

dont hope too much from streamyx....its best effort basis....

no, it's not like each pc will get 1mb. both of the pc will share the 2mb line. meaning if PC1 is downloading at full speed 200+ kB/s another pc will face lack of bandwith.

if only for gaming, 1MB is enough. i don think there are games which eat up whole 1MB line. usually online game just take 10% of 1MB bandwith to run well.

No need to upgrade to 2MB. I use 512kbps at my house on 1 PC still can play game.
