just wanna know how to apply for wireless broadband and stuff so i can surf the net with a lappy or something without having to use a phone line plugged into it >.< sry coz im new to this wireless broadband stuff ;D

which wireless broadband do u guys recommend? i plan to be using it for surfing net..chatting..maybe playing some online games and downloading.
