Interesting concept that you have going there ^__^
Somehow tho, the colour is not fresh enough, not enticing. It really feels half completed. Never show something that is not finished unless it's a WIP that you showing. Then the finished product comes along at the bottom soon. Seeking for advice should go with one project at a time.
You can play around a lot more with the fairy. Be mindful that you will have to adjust the skin colour because we are not yellow ochre people. Needs a slight pink undertone to it especially with the white hair. The green on the dress is nice. Add more shades to give it more dimension. Maybe a slight sparkle? Fairies are rumoured to have made their clothes from Fragile Spider's Silk which is super soft and catches the morning dew drops every so prettily.
You need to add a Mood to your village. I will assume that you warped the camera angle on purpose(it looks slightly fish eye) so I won't comment on that. Think of a feeling, then paint it. Is it abandoned? Is it full of live as the capital of the land? Is it the most successful trading point? Is it a village from a dimensional time rift that is full of vampires ruled by their ruthless virgin vampiress goddess who enjoys sucking the blood out of lost maidens in distress thru their right nipple? I will never know until you paint that in ^____^ you don't have to change the line art. it's the colour that you can play with

See how far you can go with a little bit more thought in your artwork? You are an artist not a drawing machine. Make use of your imagination ^___^
