looks like i might getting some fruitful responses from this forum, so i'm just gonna push my luck.
anyone know of a hr system that deals with vessel crew specifically? it's going to be like a crew management system with crew database, payroll, training, certificates, scheduling of sign on/off, etc. And for references, here's a off the shelf foreign product - http://www.abs-ns.com/products/fleet/crewm.html, but i want a local made software, made in malaysia.
