After adjusting the filter rate then just save as avi right? i did that and it worked

Only I am not sure why there are two window screens. I think it wants to be like Adobe Premiere but I just did not understand that the left side video was. I do know when I applied the filter, the 2:1 reduction does work, not sure if it does work using the mouse and manually resizing the window will do.
