Full Version: Video resolution encoding software

I am finding a software that can encode my raw videos into any resolution (h)x(w). I have canon zoomEX, that only gets down to 160x120. I was hoping of a software where I can choose the ouput resolution say 10x10 or 64x64. My raw videos are in Mpeg so I think its quite a versatile format. Does anyone know a software that can do this job? Thanks

try WinAvi video converter

virtualdub can do that. you just need to apply the resize filter to the video.

Bingo! notworthy.gif After adjusting the filter rate then just save as avi right? i did that and it worked rclxms.gif Only I am not sure why there are two window screens. I think it wants to be like Adobe Premiere but I just did not understand that the left side video was. I do know when I applied the filter, the 2:1 reduction does work, not sure if it does work using the mouse and manually resizing the window will do.
1024kbps
frist video pane = input video pane
second one is output video pane.
those video panes probably is for preview only tongue.gif

btw u have to choose a vfw encoder before save as avi, else vdub will save as uncompressed video, which is very huge in file size but depend on resolution.
