Last week , i bought 2 mouse pad from a dealer from LYN , End of Paradox , u know what i get when the item come ? A Nokia N80 , kinda happy that time
After few hours , he call me and tell me that POS LAJU exchange my mousepad with another dealer .
Need to waste my time to send it back to another dealer .
The dealer who buy the phone send me back the mousepad at Friday and i send the phone back to another dealer at Saturday .
Now i get the mouse pad , but i just receive message from him , tell me the phone i send become a STONE when delivered to MELAKA , another dealer who buy the N80 , really cant believe on POS LAJU anymore , sigh .

did u xchange to stone without ur knowledge?

If i want to get the phone , i wont send it back to the dealer la , waste my time , and the packing is opened already when he receive , i tape it before i send it and the Pos laju worker tape it again when i pay it .

wat a syiok mistake they have made....(i hope they make mistake like that to me too)

juz learnt a lesson .... never ship phone using poslaju..they hav warned us not to send using their service d...

The phone not mine , i just buy 2 mouse pad worth rm110 and received today already . The phone is another customer of End Of Paradox . Maybe my wrong to tell the pos laju worker its a phone

a seller sent his item to me from penang and i couldn't even trace it 1 bit even until i received the item.

A reply from poslaju customer service said i was lying of all things and that the reference id never existted in the 1st place.

Yeap , no one using their tracking system what ?

BTW, so far POSLAJU never fail me down in local delivery.

poslaju failed me once - sent a fan over but buyer did not receive it. called up pos, ding dong for several months, scold me why never put shipping insurance, then after a year or so, then only got refund. this was few years back though.

If you wrote on the particulars it's a phone , then the receiver at the other end shud be able to send a complaint and claim a refund since there's solid proof on the receipt on the parcel which shows it's supposed to be a phone

Now the dealer ask me send the receipt to him so he can claim pos laju insurance , but the receipt missing already ~_~

Yeah...the tracking system for poslaju in pos.com is not functioning...is hard for me to track my item..sigh..

so the seller didnt ask you to refund him isit? he just said he wanted to claim from poslaju, so you safe lor...

Not my fault also , the pos laju insurance department call the dealer and tell him the item been opened when the department receive it -.-

right now i'm using pos laju contract service. damn worried now coz they just take all the form and parcel with them and not letting me to see how they do it... may just used back the old system and Q in post office. at least i can see they sent out the right thing and not swapping them.... just like your case... so troublesome...

A problem of workers quality , some of them responsible , but some just do this kind of DIRTY JOB , changing a phone to a stone
Now End of Paradox tell me the insurance department need the receipt for it and i cant find it

those important document do use pos laju

poslaju never failed me delivery. but just that we need to extra careful "how"they deliver the items becos the post man tends to be rough. so put on FRAGILE sticker (request upon counter) or write it on the parcel your own. And, never lost your receipt without it, no one will care what you complaint about.

Always put fragile -97% ok- reach customers in one piece, but incident happens once in a while, and worst if things we send thru them are those 'Barang Larangan' -those will not subject to any claim.

But anyhow -poslaju quote ok, the cheapest of all..and just make sure u dont put HANDPHONE, LAPTOP OR ANYTHING VALUEABLE for that matter..takut nnt bertukar jadi stone or old news paper , for that matter

We using their courier system, and we should take care ourselves about their workers quality .
Notice : The worker just lying there with the bad service when i sending the item , when hearing the item is a phone just shocked for a while and ask for how much is it ( for insurance fees ) Never notice me their courier system already ask customers not to send phone or else , i am not flaming them but really kinda disappointed for their mistakes and mistakes , we give chance to them for wasting our time and they just treat their work as something like holidays or else , deeply disappointed . Now i know why SkyNet / DHL or others couriers can grow up in our country as well

i bought N80 from dealer at Johor last week and the sender state the item as pc accessory..so i get the N80 safely..

pos laju never failed me too..good service from them..i ship phone and car cd player from west malaysia with no problem

poslaju in my area wont receive electronic stuff, even if i said some ppl still use poslaju, they say mana ada....

but he said he put in the particulars its a mobile phone . So if they didn't allow it they would have not let him send it

then you should keep the receipt. you can claim from them.... if receipt is thrown away... there is no proof for you to claim for it...

seller can recommend buyer to buy postal insurance,better than sorry in case lost. . for barang larangan, "larang" means no lo... dangerous.. and high risk.. own bear for it .

i bought few things online too...nth happen on my parcel...all very safe and in good condition....maybe you're the unlucky one..

no problem so far with poslaju..except the tracking system..sux..hehe. but citylink also sux in tracking system. cant access the site at all. found phone number on yellowpages. called & i got buzzing sound like dial-up internet..although the delivery service was very good..

so far...used 1 time din fail me....but i can said tey delivery quite fast....like today i post tomoro got liao
