CS3 is latest. i just met with a certified Adobe trainer the other day. CS4 would be coming like say towards end of the year. 
wow...kinda fast wor....CS3 just launch on march 07...now another new version.if not mistaken it took 2yrs to upgrade frm CS2 to CS3 rite?
cs3 is good enough.. they dont have to release cs4 that hastily..

yupp...i think they did very well in this CS3....too fast dy upgrade to CS4..sure those consumer feel very sayang for buying CS3

What? I haven't even explored CS3.
Im learning cs3 in my college, nothing much just some extra features to make our life easier if not still can use cs2 to get the job done just as well.
I use cs3 for 3 months, quite happy with all feature, then today I suft google for latest photoshop, I saw 1st page full of cs4 beta version and available for download, the real 1 no yet release. so I juz asking if they is any new feature in cs4.
i saw an article bout CS4 in adobe website...but i dunno wat it talking bout.so din finish read it....but i think they add only a few new features only as they added quite a number of new features at CS3

yupp...i agree wit hseyrann00...not neccesary but just wait and see what new features they add..waiting more features on Photoshop and illustrator

Ya,i think the greatest different btw them is:
cs3-at the market now
cs4-stil in the progress
beta is out now.....saw some sites provide the installer
damn fast.. i'm still not finished exploring CS3 .. now got CS4 beta .. any major improvement ??
the only improvement I seen on previous build (11/12/2007) was Ps now support open source plugins dubbed Hydra. if you know c/c++, you can develop your own Ps plugin and share it with the open source community. I didn't get my hand yet on the Internal Beta of CS4 suite, so no comment yet. overall, CS4 beta looks exactly like CS3, except for the Stonehenge splash logo and file timestamps and version are now 11.0.0.0 instead of 10.0.0.0...

there is no imageready since cs3....they replace it with other features in i duno which already....

LOL, that beta leaked on last December, so no bother getting that, I just got my hand on Adobe CS4 Suite Beta Internal Release so I'm going to see what's up with the latest build

CS4 will sell on next year. Adobe will upgrade every version in 1year.

you forgot another one, Adobe Soundbooth CS4 beta, all those beta are available at Adobe Labs website for download. However, Photoshop CS4 beta is still MIA, at least officially...

there's no one going to teach you CS4 because it's not even public yet...
i'm just using CS3 btw...technology is soooo fast....should've known dat since in IT field..hehe..
So the CS4 is still in the beta stage but then again, I haven’t even finish studying the features and functions in CS3. Technology sure moves by leaps and bounds.
Sigh.. No trusty Imageready in CS3.. :/
