recently i buy ricoh 5c475 pci to pcmcia card install at desktop for 3g data card.and the card driver is auto detect by windows XP! (and the pci card don't have any CD driver for me ) :

1) but it occur an error that once i switch on the power the computer will auto boot up
2) and when i choose shut down the pc in windows XP the pc will become auto restart and had manually force to
shut down
3) unplug the pci to pcmcia card the computer will act normal shut down.
4) and i found there web site can update the driver but all of them can't be download !!!
so any one had face this problem b4 can give me some solution
