which is better? 17-40mm f4l or 10-22mm?

the built-quality for the 17-40mm f4l is superb, but the 10-22mm is alot wider.

wedding lens again?

so the 10-22mm is better for a kitlens replacement. not really for wedding only. i was paid to cover events. mainly indoors. for outdoors i just use my crappy 75-300mm until i can afford another better lens.

but the 17-40mm f4l built is robust and weather-defying. plus it is sharp and produce more vibrant colors..

on 2nd thought, all those can be done with photoshop..

hurm perhaps i'll go with the 10-22mm after all..
