Was looking for a good software where i'm able to cut out just the audio of it from those video formats.
Any recommendation?

Download VirtualDub, open the avi and then go file> save wav...and there you go :-)

U can use Super video converter to convert avi to mp3,wav.
Super is freeware. U can google it.
