Kodak maybe??

i think you can look for used units of older models, like Fuji S7000 or Panasonic FZ-20. stuff like that.
dgrebel
go for fz30. 2nd hand would be around 700

Just bought Kodak Easyshare z612 from lelong. I think thats the best price under the budget...
Deja Vu
Other then used units, I can only think of Canon's A series which I hv a feelin is still above ur budget though it may not b pro enuf for u.

RM650 is a very low budget for a prosumer.

definitely you will not get a brand new one..
a good brand new point and shoot compact digital cam also quite hard...

you may get some 2nd hand prosumer..

selling off my prosumer Fz18 latest lumix model with 5 years warranty.
but its more than twice your price. lolz..

RM650 is a little too low. Even a new good PnS would need at least RM800. Maybe you can get some older models like S1 IS or S2 IS but they have less than 6MP.

If you can increase just another mere RM250, you can get a used S3 IS that has exactly 6MP.
kord
RM650 for fuji prosumer, maybe yes.. but rare...

err... just for the record, i've sold my fuji s7000z +sunpak flash+ 512mb xd for only RM700.. that was last year.. and oso, i did found someone sold his s9500 for RM800.. and another s7000 for RM650.. so i'm guess for RM650 is still posibble for u to get a prosumer, but u really have to search deeper and wait for the oppurtunity to come. tht is, fuji prosumer la.. canon/oly/sony/pana... not sure...

nothing offense but my friend is using this camera, I played with it last time.

The image u seen on LCD while operating is not accurate, which means, it is not following the setting u set for ISO, SS, Aperture etc,
u have to see the meter down there to determine whether a photo is nicely exposed or no. This is a bad point for prosumer camera,
as when I use S3IS last time, I adjusted the SS and Aperture, immediately the image result will be shown on the screen and when i capture the photo, it is around 80-90% accurate.
