Hmm i on my comp these few days
realise tht the win xp logo load half way then it will go to a win chkdsk screen
Is it chkdsk= check disk?
It says verify blah blah stage 1 stage 2 stage 3
Then how many bytes left on my D: bla bla bla
Btw D: its NOT where my windows installed , D: is where i put all my games and songs
So hmm does it means my HDD going to spoil liao?

try defrag ur D: n c... mayb u hv a usb drive plugged in during boot up?

Yup chkdsk = check disk...
It try to correct any error in ur hard disk automatically...

Maybe some file have missing...

or perhaps,theres a virus..coz my frens pc got virus,there will be chkdsk every time he boot

Not virus, some files are corrupted.

i dont know wtf it is but i know that this happens when windowsXP (my pc) is running something important and then had a power failure

I think this is a hardware problem, ur HDD no problem, just need to checkdisk to make sure all the data is ok...... just like what happen in CC.....
