dis is how my webcam look..

i'm using a webcam

details:
brand: pc camera (analog)
model:WC38 (USB) the webcam is wit built in mic and shape is like a foot..

i lost the installer after i format my pc without realise dat the installer cd is spoilt..
i cant get the installer at lowyat even i went there for few times..can any1 help me to search for it?
i had search for it for a year d..

go back to the shop u purchased...normaly seller wil make a copy de.if not then god bles u.2nd go google the driver.dun lazy yah sei tingting =x

do u still have the box of the webcam? If yes, look for clues like model no., company name etc. Then google it. This is how I look for my webcam(china) driver last time.

Threadstarter, follow these steps to find the driver for your unknown device. In your case, your webcam.

Do you know the original manufacturer for the webcam? If yes, then go to the manufacturer's website to download the driver. If not, then follow the following steps.

To find a driver, follow these steps:
Go to Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager. A dialogue box will pop up. Select the unknown device, right-click and select Properties. Go to Details tab. Select Hardware Ids from the drop down list. There will be some codes beneath the drop down list. Select the last one and copy it (press ctrl + c to copy). Now, open up any search engine (ie Google) and paste the code (ctrl + v to paste). Click search and you will be able to find the driver for the unknown device.

can u find any kind of serial number or any code on the box or the webcam itself?

you need somthing for someone to start with, it will be a big help if you could name the Make, Model or something from the cam or box.
