and it gave me many problems after updated.. hahaha.. couldn't receive sms at all.. but i reckon is my mistake for storing over 1000+ back to the phone.. LOLZ...

Awww.. no player to play rmvb files? Well yea.. why not users use it coz as ya know.. chinese drama downloaded from the net are mostly rmvb.. and nah.. wont be going thru the hassles.. maybe watch from youtube instead hehehehe

Hey guys, when I connect my phone to the PC, i can only backup my contacts and bookmarks onli.... I don't see any option that I can choose to backup all my other things, notes, sms, etc.... Any idea?? And also, if I use the SEUS to update my firmware, everything on the phone will get lost, including sms, contacts?

i dont think blutooth is secure enough. if there is a glitch then your firmware will be corrupted. so i doubt they let you use it. i wouldnt do it. and i dont think SE will let you do it either.

anyone having this problem? im updating now. hopefully this gets solved.

Just did an update, similar as above after the update..

how come everyone getting the CDA with R7A at the end. i only got R5A loh....

hmmmm must be. oh well. as long as the phone is working....

also update. the glitch with my turning off the phone problem is gone. before used to take a long time to off. now only 2 seconds. starting up the phone is also much faster.

"demo"= demo for G900 isn't it...if yes i think it always in every firmware coz i also have "demo" before n after update new firmware( but not latest)...

  need to think twice to update to the latest firmware...

how come all youre phones always have a hanging problem leh? you mean. it just lags. or it actually hangs and you gotta reset?

dont know..charge hang...detach usb hang...i think got 3 times hang in 1 day..lol

before update you got back up using PC suite? and restore after update??

i did that a while ago. but this time when i updated i didnt back up using pc suite. for some reason the phone wouldnt sync with the comp. so i just backup to my memory card. so the problem occurs when backing up huh. i will test this next time.

well i only back up the contacts to the memory card. i do this through the phone not with the pc. you just open up contacts>>more>>contact manager>>backup.

i usually do like this. cause sync. with pc is a bit moody.

i have tat problem with my W850i and now my G900 i am also facing the same problem.  I can connect using the file transfer mode but phone mode just don't work.  I am pretty tired with all this niggling problem with SE software.

and new firmware seems not fully compatible with iphonelock..it will make the keypad light off and cannot on back..need to reboot..

plus. are you sure you wanna install stuff before you even start using the phone? must tinker with the phone for a few days first. otherwise if something goes wrong you would have no idea. heheh. such as lag. plus. you should update the phone first too. if you install all the stuff. when you update it'll all be deleted.
