i need sm help here
i hv my dad's company invoice which is hardcopy....i scanned it and saved it in my pc..
now wat i want to do is, create a softcopy of tat invoice...in order 4 me 2 create, type n print da invoice rather than writting it...

maybe can use excel 2 do it, but i cant get da exact format i need...
can sm1 help me?

Do you have OCR software?? use it. Usually it is bundled along with the scanner.

manually use image editing software... like photoshop/paint. thats only applied if u want to create and print it out... if u want to use it again for editing the text, u need to create it from scratch. alternatively u can create an image and paste into microsoft words and add a text box for editing new text/value...

show us the screenshot and we might get a better idea.

done... not 100% identical... i can do 100% identical using photoshop but not in words... file above made using words so u can edit the text freely...

u can use excel or word to create your the invoice. i think better to use Word so that u can use mail-merge, quite useful when u wan to have running invoice number.

if you are thinking of using the original scanned copy as a template, then it's pretty messy. Strongly suggest you create it from scratch. Use Excel, it's not hard.
