Class balancing

* Reduced Soldier's maximum rocket reserve ammo from 36 to 16
* Reduced Demoman's maximum sticky bomb reserve ammo from 30 to 16
* Reduced Demoman's maximum grenade launcher reserve ammo from 40 to 24

IIRC when you buy it, it will stick to the nick that you registered it with steam. Thus it can be used anywhere as long as you log in as yourself in STEAM. But it also makes reselling an issue here as you need to tell them you're changing account

Aiya, that day I tried to spam rockets and forgot that soldier got limited amount of rockets already. Boohoo. Now need to think before shoot, and that's not the true soldier style.

I think it's for the better though, this is to prevent demomen and soldiers from camping it out or blind-fire their rockets ; We'll get used to it soon hehe And I think they gimped the reserves but increased the frequencies of crits though, 'cause last night I was playing soldier and I manage to spit out 5-6 crits when my hp was low... manage to take quite a number out. I guess they compensated?

btw, where's [LYN++]Alive? haha, he's so noisy when he just joined Gravelpit last night ; sounded he had the mic in his mouth ahahahaha! GG though, last night

fark, i just changed my GC to 9600GT, now TF2 keep on crashing.. I play crysis no prob at all... Even when i change setting also got prob... T.T
