hi guys... i just got my orange box installed last night... and the tf2 update takes so long... is there any way to update it manually? (like, downloading the update from somewhere and apply?)

nope, the only way other than letting steam do it automatically is CF toolbox, which can be used to also do it automatically (but with more details, and you know exactly what is going on instead of just hoping that its updating ) or if someone has made the update patches (these are unofficial, so do so at your own risk) you can still use CF toolbox to apply them.

just so you know, normally the patches are made in CF toolbox by having the program differentiate between one version and another version of the same file, so its normally safe, but you should be wary of your source. i cant give you the website cause of the warez implications, but you should be able to find it easily with google.

yes u may as [LYN] Your Name, [LYN++] is a clan tag, you cannot use [LYN++] unless u in the clan, if u wanna join clan, u may see at the clan/event section. LYN++ now still restructure, nid time to reorganize all

I lagkilleddominated Ross once. Somehow even with the lags, I manage to rack up so much kills that they kicked me because they think I was using hack. The real reason is that I was lagging so much that when I swung my wrench, it registered as I go face to face with the enemy, and somehow it always crit lol
That and 2fort is my fave map

How to get? D:

Must get at least a certain number of achievements to reach a milestone.
Each class has 3 milestones, each milestone unlocking a different weapon/tool.
So far, only pyro, medic and heavy have unlockables. Other classes will be updated in due time.

10pm UK time methinks. at one point i was joining really late mornings, when i was just done with my exams, never saw them despite being there quite often. only ever played engineer though

Hi guys. I downloaded steam, installed it n after updating it, my problems came.
I tried to create an account after the update was done, but after i set my user name steam kept saying that the process could not be completed in offline mode.
I've done a bit of searching in the internet and there are a few people having the same problem as me. But no1 answered their problems so yeah i'm back to square 1.
I tried uninstalling n reinstalling steam, but the 2nd time it kept saying 'unable to load library.dll' or sth like that.
I was beginning to wonder if my firewall (i'm using Kaspersky IS) cud be the 1 causing the prob, but i dunno how to make steam as an exception in Kaspersky.
Can any1 help?
I'd be most grateful.

P.S. M i posting in the right thread? Or shud i go to the technical support thread?

You need to join the PC Gamer UK Steam group as they password their server and you can only get the password in the group chat

i give simple tip for u if u want to climb the ladder [AM] u must fight the upper rangking guy... like me if i see XST clan playing ... i always join the other side... even though sure loss but my position will go up..... trust me

for ping time to e club server...... there is eclub server that have low ping (jaring)connection.... and if u using wireless
u always get high ping 200++ if u using screamyx well actually u shud get below 100ms if not maybe u shud check ur pc... maybe spyware...malware or u are downloading... if u sharing ur connection wif other well maybe there pc affecting ur internet performance... actually there is many factor.... errrkkkkkkk
