changing the IP? some IP won't connect to servers as i've found out
so laggy now adays....cant even TF2
ah maybe you accidently turn off ur update engine.... or for the last result uninstall steam and everything and reinstall it again... it works for me but it will take 1 day to be play it again... so long the update...
