Beside the region lock for the boxed version and price, there is no difference watsoever.

nearest server is in Malaysia...i never had ping more than 90

Well, the closest servers are Starhub and E-club servers. They have the lowest pings.
And our LYN server is BolehVPN, but it only has people during certain days of the week at night
