I'm not sure now if I will be going to KL. I will still be in Melaka from the 1-5 of June, however I might go back straight to Singapore from there.
Reason being is this. Transport. I am unsure about the transport system in KL. Furthermore, I need transport from Melaka to KL in the first place, from KL Puduraya bus station to my hotel near Sunway, from Sunway to Subang, from Subang back to Sunway, from hotel to KLIA, from KLIA to the KL LCCT. That's my main concern.
If anyone can shed any light, I will be grateful.

from KL sentral can go directly to LCCT, take KTM from subang to sentral

Err... there is buses @ LRT station pasar seni to subang (not recommended.. busus are !@#$%.. lol)

for the melaka part, i can help you. basically it's easy to get to the bus station (it's called melaka sentral) in melaka town. unless you are far from town it shouldn't be a problem.
melaka sentral is the main bus/taxi terminal in melaka for domestic and inter state travels.
there are a few bus companies which travels to kl namely Transnasional, KL-Melaka Express (also known as Delima Express), K.K.K.L Express, etc. There's a bus to KL every half an hour. Current price should be less than RM10 per trip. I would recommend KKKL Express because for the same price, you get a VIP coach.
it's fairly hard to get tickets to KL during the weekends so I would suggest you to buy early and plan around it.
from puduraya, i'm not really familiar with the buses here. so i hope the others can help.
as for travel to KLIA-LCCT, you can go to KL Sentral and board a bus direct to LCCTerminal for RM8/9 per trip. No need to go KLIA first and then from KLIA to LCCT.
