and xunlei works well..just sorry to those don't know chinese...bcoz this is a chinese software..~
currently xunlei works well for me...speed above 100kBps...while at this moment dunno why bitcomet dl speed drop alot~

latest version here....damx slow....cant even get 10kb....a few days be4 is quite ok, can up to 30-35kb<mine is 512> ..but now is really slow 3-5kb oli, it happened 3-4days, then change to xunlei, is better than bc it can up to 20-23kb........wanna purchase a VPN also after reading forummer comment say tat after subscribe VPN the speed is nice nice...and xun lei got english version, go to download the translation package.....

just testing µTorrent 1.8.1 beta last night. i can only get 15-20kb/s... but still better than my BitComet i can only get ~10kb/s =.= ...
any how, do u guys confirm xunlei can works better than these to BT client??

for me yes....xunlei can run over 100kBps while bitcomet max also 40kBps and the speed is like roller coaster...up n down..up n down

This is exactly what i want to know also......I've done a google on this before and found that we can only resume unfinished Xunlei download to other BT Client but not possible to resume unfinished task from other BT Client to Xunlei.

i was googling around too, but find nothing.

I started using Bitcomet 0.64 modded version like 2 weeks ago. Everything was fine, d/l speed was very good. Then... recently (these 2 days), my internet connection always disconnects if the PC is left idle with bitcomet running. If I'm surfing the Net while bitcomet is running, then no problem.

The major problem is, I can't re-connect my line unless I restarted my PC (resetting my modem router doesn't help either). Anyone of you ever experienced this? Is it something to do with the settings under the modded version? Any re-configuration to the Preference that could avoid disconnection without compromising the current d/l speed?

BitComet didn't work for me since the first version came out. My PC disconnects when I uses it. The Internet light on my modem goes off. I use BitLord still okay but getting very slow speed.

Bitcomet damn slow now... Same torrent download: Bitcomet dl few days oso haven finish, but using XunLei 6 finish download in few hours...

Well, guys, do what I do.. Keep Complaining to TM hotline @ 1300881515.

They will ask you to do a speed check at

but be warned, the figures are adjusted to make it look likes its fast. Just tell them a shortage of download around 350+ and upload of 200++ and make them log-in a report

means streamyx is controlling the maximum speed you can get thru bitcomet
no amount of port forwarding will help you regarding this

lately dont know what's wrong with bitcomet download... seems to be a major down fall of the speed :/

just tried xunlei for 30 minutes++, the speed seems to be more impressive than the current bitcomet performance...

hopefully bitcomet will get through this and once again become our favourite bt client

Highest rate i got 3xxkb/s. Download 3 movie simultaneously with seeder 10K each vid. Bitcomet is a file sharing program which depends on the seeders for the speed.

Happen this about 1 week ago, which most ppl facing this kind of problem i think? Tuesday if not wrong...

Before this, my average download rate is 1xxkb/s for one torrent, even I'm not a register user.

Btw, I'm from sarawak. I tried the speedtest.net, it shows that my dl = 13xxkb/s, up = 4xx/s.

I thought i was the only who got this bitcomet-slow-download-problem.
Using a 4mb/s line , but the download speed i got is just 20kb/s max. Before this, i used to get 300-450kb/s...and now, no matter how many seeder i got its just freakin slow..

Some of my friend still able to download at full speed, even some live just beside me also. Same using bitcomet and those popular BT software T_T

Sigh while throttled by cb streamyx. I switch to use xunlei. I guess streamyx forgot to throttle that, getting max speed 450kb/s instead of 2kb/s when downloading naruto..

Use Chinese Star or Nan Ji Xing or use Thunder 5 english edition. Google for answer
