VPN supports all p2p client which support proxy settings in their configurations. If you can configure bitcomet, then you can use our vpn. People talk about utorrent is probably because it the smallest p2p client and easiest to configure.

I'm using router, does that mean i have to set VPN proxy at the router settings page? (192.168.1.1)

But this shouldn't be a VPN problem, it MIGHT be a router issue sometimes especially those routers which are not p2p friendly (they tend to hang when dealing with a lot of connections).

We are not aware of any trackers that block us though if u want to confirm just drop an email with your real name and u can test it for urself with a 1 day trial

Due to streamyx worsening routing issue to our core data center in the UK, we are looking into adding servers in other data center outside UK. Those facing disruptions and cannot get good routing, refer to our support site for the alternate temporary US server.

Looks like TM is not responding to support request to look into the matter though we as well as our other users complaint to them with detail information and speed/routing report. Guess TM is more keen is selling services rather than helping you once you buy their services.
