Nope our service does not do that We focus on speed and bandwidth so having it to bypass the uni network would require us to reconfigure our system which would make it less stable on the TCP protocol.

We don't have experience in China FTPs so I am unable to comment but it is my opinion that our VPN would not work for those purposes.
