the rules is the same key can be used by one pc at any one time. You can alternate use the key in different pc but not at the same time. if u use it at the same time, it will disconnect each other.

Currently I'm using 1mb package which can reach max until 96kbps using download manager but this recently the line speed drop until 36-46kbps due to unknown fact ...surfing local site is fast and good..

It depends on what kind of filter. If the office only opens and accepts connections from certain port, then this VPN is useless.
Can you use IM like yahoo or gtalk in your office? DO you go thru proxy in your office?

I'm not sure what is the question posed here meant. As long as there is traffic in the VPN channel or your flashget and rapidshare download, it will affect the internet speed.
VPN is not going to increase the bandwidth allocated to you by streamyx. VPN will only maximise P2P download thru streamyx connection.

The servers are located even in Europe or only in Asia? An European user can obtain good performance or the service is only for far east user?
With e-mule end torrents applications i will have a HIGH ID or i will be firewalled? It is possible the RFP (Remote Port Forwarding)?

as far as i know, no country restriction have been done
only the speed are limited to 4mb

for emule , it is recommended to use bolehroute (fully route w/ open port) instead bolehvpn to get HIGH ID which is also included in the package w/o any extra charges
torrent generally will be use on bolehvpn, but also can use on bolehroute

May I know how the upload speed via this VPN?

Assuming ideal number of peers and connectability, you should be able to max out your upload speed 384/512 kilobits depending on your streamyx package minus protocol overhead which should be around 10-15%.

On my 384 upload speed I can upload around 40+ kB/sec

However if you want upload speeds that are much higher you might consider getting a seedbox which allows uploading up to 1000 kB/sec.

P/s : Testing mode ..

However it seems metrofon/penangfon's system is different and we have had not much success with it.

Otherwise most ISPs should work including international ones. We have tried some Singapore, UK, NZ ISPs and it works with them as well.

All trial keys are out and we have a few more slots for our seedbox. Email us if you are interested to subscribe and join our elite seedbox plan which doesn't capped on upload or download bandwidth.

I don't think you understand the original statement... and no, trial accounts aren't capped. From your speedtests posted at the forum, I'd hazard a guess and say your line quality and/or IP is horrendous. Until you get that sorted out, there's nothing Bolehvpn staff can do to help you since those things are out of their control and is the individual user's problem.

By the way, what is your Streamyx package speed?

As I see from our support forums...he's speed testing while using the VPN. He shouldn't be using www.speedtest.net to test his speed since its using http download on one instance. It's akin doing a speedtest.net to a server in Euro which is silly since you'll never get full speed with one instance.

If he tested with a well seeded torrent he would be able to max out. He's just using the wrong metrics to test.

Don't use speedtest.net to test the VPN. It's not accurate due to the added latency on a VPN network. speedtest.net is only used to test whether your Streamyx connection is working up to par.

Just to avoid any confusion, imagine this...u want to test your Streamyx connection via speedtest.net. Do you

a) test using a server in the US?
b) test using a server in MY/SG?

Of course you would choose b). If you test using a) it would be inaccurate since it would be http downloading from a far away place on ONE session. Usually to max out your connection on http you would need multiple sessions if the location is not close to you.

The same goes with VPN. You are not connecting to a Malaysian server. Your connection goes from Malaysia => Euro => Your Test Server => Euro => Malaysia. Due to the added routes, speedtest.net is NOT an accurate reflection of the speed you can achieve on our networks.

To fully test the speed run through our speed troubleshooting guide in the forums and test using the test linux torrent which should show how effective it is which is after all what most people use our VPN for and therefore a more accurate reflection of our service. Thank you.
