i have a problem, after i took some picture, my picture is nt found in my folder, i need to turn off n on den only i can find my picture. is thr a way to refresh the folder without restart my phone?

no need to refresh.. once u save, the pic already in the folder.. there is a preview button below the zoom key.. press the button and pic will be there.. else, upgrade the firmware lor..

use file manager to view,don't use the media finder...

these are my comments after using it for a while....
-screen size is okay.......
-clarity of pics viewed in e8 including the high resolution pics is amazing.
-modeShift and HAPTICS is like...BERHANTU...a.k.a WOW hehehhehe
-sound thru speaker is quite loud....but the sound quality is exceptional.
-camera is surprisingly good but only if got the right amount of light...
or else.......if dark, ayoyoo.....
-now i am also addicted to SMS....hoho
-Fast scroll wheel is extremely useful....woah......when browsing thru music list lah...but if we use for pic. browsing, often too fast...hehhehee
-Huge difference between da performance of e8 and e2....
like almost triple the speed.....woah....
-overall.....really glad i spent my rm1199 for thiz phone....

glad to read ur statement, really enjoying are u. haha. anyway, welcome to the club bro. my mom owned it, although she not listen to music. haha

im gonna skip this phone and move on to the ZN model.. haha..

-any COMBOS of EQUALISER anyone????? i mean.....use treble boost with 3d stereo lvl 5......or bass boost with 3d stereo....blablabla
-can anybody explain to me the effects of each equaliser???

yeah.. E8 modeshift looks cool than the ZN5..

1. for file manager, u unable to create shortcut at menu.. but can use shortcut key, mine is press main menu > 5 > 5.. so i memorise it only..
2. there is fast scroll wheel, so unable to search via filename cos the keypad already shifted...
3. sorry, cant answer, i seldom listen music..
4. same as 3.. u gotta try yourself.. best when connected to external speakers..

6. what sticker? on the front panel? why not??

urmmm about my e8 protection.....
is it okay if i just remove da sticker and keep in pouch at all times??
or should i remove sticker and put screen protector( screen only )
or should i try to find the martin fields protector(i saw a video on youtube)....(covers the whole front panel)....but i think not available in malaysia..
or should i just leave the stock sticker that makes it look less cool???

just remove it and use, screen protector will make the fast scroll wheel harder to use.... keep in pouch when not using, but slot in the screen first, speaker outside the pouch else hard to listen when it rings..

I've think this e8 is good for cycling too.especially if I have my S9..HEy guys!Pls be reminded..

its called the S9-HD and it should be more expensive as it boasts better audio quality than the S9...

hmm..another bad point bout this phone..if take picture in low level of brightness,will there be noise?

every camera will have noise when take pic in low light, even though DSLR when using ISO 3200 unless using flash.. bear in mind, E8 does not has flash and it is music phone.. so, no big deal.. if consumer looking for better camera, there's other models on there in the market..

I think this phone has umm..I'm guessing 40 ISO noise..And hey PRINZE,thanks for thye contest..Sure If I win the vouchers I'll belanja you guys..I hope won Rm 10k..can travel around west malaysia for 50 times!

i have experienced so many phones before...nokia...SE....I-phone...blablabla u name it...
others may win in terms of loudness but can never beat E8's sound quality..hehhehehehee

because motorola went thru the right track on sound quality since E398.. and what u said is correct, others may win loudness, but not quality..

btw, for those who expect a camera phone to capture good quality pics, i suggest to buy a compact camera instead, worth more..

MotoZine la..Haha...Me wan to stick with E8 then buy MotoZine..Love the Cam..I tot they're making the Z10 with 5 MP Kodak..but wth right??As long 5 mega has beaten the Nokia..haha..

Z10 is kick slider, 3.2MP with AF, Symbian UIQ.. ZN5 is 5MP camera (kodak just support via software, nothing to do with cam) with AF, linux-java.. so dont mix up.. Z10 also powerful, 3fps for burst shot..

u have to check with the rest of the user... i never apply any screen protector on my mobile.. no matter how u take care, the 2nd value also almost the same.. so no point..
