bro...u r like a R&D company or something la...so secretive one..
anyway, do let us know once u finished with ur 'research'

No la, just now a bit busy ma.....
Anyway, the program is non other than "Rightmark CPU clock utility". I have used this in my AMD 64 3500+ rig last time and I totally forgot that you could a few cool things in windows:
1) Set your own multiplier e.g. like for the Q6600, you can set it to run at 6x and 7x multiplier only, or 6x and 9x only, or 7x and 8x only or solely on 9x only....
2) Set the vcore to anything within the CPU's range (that means you can undervolt or overvolt your CPU in windows,
even for mobos that don't allow downclocking in BIOS
)
3) And surprise surprise.... VID in core temp or any program is no longer accurate as it can be changed!!! See pics below...
Important : But be careful as the Rightmark CPU clock utility is a powerful app. If you're not careful, you may accidentally overvolt your CPU to very high voltages!!!
My original Q6600 VID

Instant noodle to 1.300v VID

Hmmm..... want to increase my Q6600 - for sale.... VID at 1.2625v

This proc should be auctioned!!!

Note : Let me find my old guide on Rightmark CPU clock utility..... can't remember where it is....

Ahhhh found it..... gives a basic understanding on how RMCC utility works :

Again, be warned : RMCC is a useful and powerful program. Be careful when you use it. Make sure you understand the basic principles. Any damage is NOT MY FAULT!!!
