i'v set my mind to lose fatt starting this year 2008... this is becoz one of my friend, with 112kg weight, after 3 month exercise and diet, he now become 90kg........
unfortunately.. hehehe... i've see the ads in LYN... selling Lipo-6...
my diet program start last year on December 07..... in the middle of month.... so start take the Lipo-6, jogging every morning, do simple2 workout at home (with my 5kg dumbell), diet and diet....... and at the end of month December... i register at nearest gym... of course, i don want to lose weight only... oso want to build up muscle.....
the result now..... (weighing yesterday at gym..)..... my weight is 94.5kg !! woo....
so, here my everyday routine, just want to share with you all....
1. Morning
-take my supplement B-young
-eat Gardenia Toest'em Raisin Oatmeal
-light exercise (like jogging, dumbell, skipping, sit up)
2. Afternoon
-take supplement B-young
-have a small lunch.... like mihun sup, mixed rice (small quantity loh)...... this is for your energy...
3. Evening
-take the Lipo-6
-go to gym
4. Night
- twice per week i play futsal....
- take my supplement B-young and sleep....... hehee
My workout:
1. Leg press
2. Pectoral machine
3. Chin-up
4. Triceps dips
5. Abs crunch
