thanks RS.... btw here's some info bout the interview session
there will be 3 papers u will have to complete
1. analytical skills (multiple answer - UPSRlike format), some part of the test include basic physics like equilibrium state of force etc
2. personal characteristic - rate the relativity of a set of characteristic points to you
3. employment form (family background, area of studies)
after that is the one-to-one interview session with HR personnel... during this session no technical question will be asked... instead its like a formal get-to-know the candidate chitchat session.... during this particular engagement, candidate would be asked on reasons why they should hire you and test out how deep is ur interest in working with them.....
if succeed, candidate will go for second interview and i heard that it will be of 6-7 panel interview session.... scary~~
