ok, regarding kitchen sink, there are many types. u can get from merely rm 50 to rm 450 and most shops in klang valley are selling around the same price. the brand such as TEKA, of course cost u a fortune.

i bought 1 single round shape sink at about rm 280 and double sink at rm 350.00, which to me is a bargain. when shop for sink, just make sure that it is thick enough or at least 0.8mm thickness, make by 1 piece of steel, and mat finished.

fan, i guess u mean ceiling fan. well, dont bother if it is panasonic or kdk, as those are just selling brand. i get mine, WINGS, come with 5 blades, and remote control at rm 210 each.

Lights, u mean fluorescent light ? well, more or less, it is just rm 10 to rm 12. Downlight, very vary, as the holder are more than 100 types. Normally, an alluminium at edge of holder is about rm 7.00 and the bulbs such as Osram, Philips is about rm 10-rm15.

Air cond, everywhere is quite same, just the installation fees varies.

For curtain, you can go to Kamdar and check.

Just some update from me...

For light, fan and water heater - Found 1 shop at puchong sell with good price.. from puchong, the shop before toll to putrajaya/cyberjaya/kajang toll. Lots of Jati furniture shop at that area...

for other things, cannot found any specific shop selling cheaper.. unless need to highly nego...

Buying kitchen sink (1 bowl with 1 drainer - Brand rubine RM 250)
and Double bowl for wet kitchen - Brand not remember but good quality from Malaysia RM 350. 1M thick. Purchase at tiles shop and i believe the price is the best deals for me..

Will give comment on my light installer workmanship later... he charge me rm 5 - 8 for light, RM10 for ceiling fan and rm 70 for water heater..

for curtain, buy from Jusco.. got 50% discount... not bad design and fabric material ok...

for curtain hanger, buy at Nilai 3... RM 10 for 1 feet kayu jati...

I think the shop you are describing is called Houses Lighting Enterprise and it is in Jln BFU 6, Puchong Utama. This is really the cheapest place I could find. Cheaper than even TopTen next to Tesco in Pusat Bandar Puchong.

for lights and fan, you can get it in puchong, there's a shop near Tesco there, the quality is good, last time i bought from them too.

I think you refer to Top Ten. Its Beside Tesco puchong the corner lot.

Besides Puchong Area, anyone know where to get cheap too in PJ area? SS2 maybe?

Top ten also have branch in TTDI if i'm not mistaken.

the quality is good and the things are cheap...

for those who live in Balakong
plez avoid lighting shop at the U-turn of Taming Jaya there...
at the same row of furniture shops with big "1918" lot number at the top of the building's row
its pricey over there even though customer service not bad
u can find same item at almost 60% cheaper at that Kajang Perdana's shop compared to this 1918 light shop....
trust me...i sudah terkena....

just to share, a light shop right opposite pearl point and hotel pearl international at jln klang lama sell a 5 blade fan with remote control with the price of rm178. brand wings. i bought it and think it is good.
