Taking a break for my routine, currently feeling pain and sores all over the place.

Thanks NOel, I'll try to follow your advice.
It's just that it's not easy to find foods that are healthy in our environment when eating out, and it's can be a hassle to prepare food all by ourselves.

how to set up a routine? Just use the bike =D Cycle till you sweat...if you're not sweating..increase the bike's tension.
Dont worry about eating. 3 - 5 meals day. dont eat like a king lar.. Moderate service of rice(1 bowl) and more veg and more meat.

I eat whatever my mom prepares me, mostly consist of rice, veges and meat. Though I can overindulge myself at times.
A question about food though. I have tried Atkins in the past and once shed quite lot of weight, as for now should I follow back the same diet or try to mix in some carbs into my diet? Am just looking for a diet that can help me lose weight fast.
