Did anyone subscribe to Maxis Multi-Sim 1 line + Internet2Go package? Can I use Internet2Go on different Sim simultaneously? For instance, can I concurrently use a HSDPA modem at my home to download stuff whilst I also use my 3G mobile phone to surf the net as I'm away from home?
Thanks

I'm on it and the answer is no. Please bear in mind that MMS/GPRS is not the same as I2G. You cannot expect both sims to enable HSDPA running simultaneously. Normally, they will ask which sim you wanted data enable... and then disabled the voice services.

Thanks Cheah. Does it mean that I can only have voice/data service enabled for one device at one time? My intention is to use the extra SIM for my home GSM alarm. If the voice service cannot run simultaneously then there's no point for me to apply anymore as I need voice service for both my Mobile phone and Home alarm. Could you please let me know?
Thanks.

I don't care how senior you are but could you please contribute rather than being sarcastic here?

Follow wedjohn57's advice, get a new subline under your mainline, and then enable I2G on the subline. This is how it will look;
Main line : Voice only
sub line : Voice + I2G (RM10+RM99=RM109/mth)

Oh well... Why didn't you say so in the first place? biggrin.gif Sometimes it helps if you explain the purpose in detail in the first place.
