ive told the buyer to wait few days for the refund edy coz ive have not enough cash in hand. After got his/her money before, the phone just become not ok-ok (terjatuh) slipped from my hand, so i decided bring back to shop, n said its need to replace somethin. And ive decided to sms buyer for refund money n i need some time for that. Ive already pm and sms buyer to waitin for my refund few days ago. I promise i will settle this matter asap and refund as i should.

the seller never contact me about refund
so, what action i need to take ?

1. Check your bank account, maybe he already refunded you but din inform you. Some ppl are like that -.-
2. Get more information about him. Search his nick, e-mail on the web (google).
3. DO NOT delete all SMS and PMs. Keep them as a proof/record!
4. Worst comes to worst, print out all his details and your proof (this thread, SMS, PMs) and make a police report.

It will be better if you can get a copy of his IC or picture.

But please dun rush..maybe he will refund you but he needs more time. I also kena 'con' by a PayPal seller and he refund me after a month. Try to check whether anyone else got the same problem with him before or not. If not, most probably he will refund you. If you're impatient to make a police report, I can't say anything lolz!

Nowadays got alot of irresponsible ppl, they say refund few days but at last become few weeks..

Normally those that delay refund because they use ur money for something else and
not because they are 4getfull or lazy or busy. They post something that they dunt own
and con u to bank in money for them so that they can use it for their sole purposes. I think
this is the case now!!! I think u will get ur money back but will hav to wait a while untill the guy
can rolling. From his response, sounds like he will still pay u back coz he has a reputation to take
into consideration in low yat. But i can say that he is misusing his status as a senior member to get
some quick cash for "rolling" his own business or whatever things. This is my opinion!!!

1st, prepare all the payments proof that you've bank in to his bank account,
2nd, make sure you have his contact number and his name....

try to give him a call, try to discuss with him. worst come worst, make a police report if necessary.

Next time, dont trust bank in stuff unless it's LYN forum's Moderator. COD is the most safe dealing method.

It's not that we not paying him, we already paid him partially, and since now we're having some problem with our customer, we told neo to hold on 1st and we will pay him soonest once the problem with the customer solved. The problem is that he delayed the project dateline to us for more than 2 months as per agreed earlier and that's why now we're facing legal issue with the client of ours becoz we delayed the project. We already didn't put in the blame to him but now he's pointing the finger on us? Is this fair.
