hello sifus. im using the old firmware v20. what are the diff between v21 and v30? which version is the 1 always hang? i heard that v30 drains ur battery more that usual? appreciate ur kindness to share

feel free to navigate few page back. u'll find the difference between v21 and v30. for me, older version will hang after certain period of usage. the newer version is much more better. about the battery, it depends on the user itself. cant say much about it.

i change to v30 ady. nvm abt the battery life. used to it already being short becoz i use PDA last time.

v21 never failed me so far. still reluctant to upgrade to v30. maybe the battery issue is nagging me.

regarding 8GB micro, even older v10+ can support it. 16GB tested on V20 and it's working.

everyday day charge should not be a problem if u upgrade to v30. for normal used can stand up to 1 and half a day. if used gps system bring car charger along. if listen to music/videos always stanby extra battery. if u can effort to buy a nokia n95 i dont think u cant effort to buy extra battery

why i can't upgrade to v30 using NSU,
it has been a long time since i upgrade my firmware,
now my phone firmware is v14,
when i opened NSU to upgrade,
it said the latest is v14,
lol,
what should i do ?

btw, i use a singapore product code.

N95 only support miniSD up to 2Mb only??? currently consider N82 or N95....... any opinion??? so far any problem experienced before with AP set???

2gb you mean? the advantage n82 over n95 is the most obvious - xenon flash.

n95 the design more nicer ( my opinion ) beside from xenon flash that n95 don't have, the executive look that n95 have beat all =) im using nokia n95 ap set so far so good. i bought from cynetwork ( u can search in handphone garage corner )

if u have update your phone to version 30 u can find the auto-rotate function in tools>settings>general>personalisation>display>rotate screen(change it). hope this will help you regarding your question

why dont u upgrade using nokia auto update? just go to nokia offical website and download the auto update for phone. it's safer and better .

hi guy, i hv just restore factory setting of my N95. now i wanna use the dictionary and it keep saying dictionary database missing. i try to download it from nokia website and put the files into private folder but it still not working.

my gps stops working recently, I wonder if its hardware fault?

the assisted gps seems to be working though...

are u using crack version or original version of nokia map?

try launch GPS data.. see if u get the signal or not. if it is not.. then it is hardware fault.

go outside your house , like seaedge said check your gps data

Tool> Connectivity > Gps Data > satellite status

im using garmin mobile XT



I can receive sattelite signal from the gps data

but I can't get a lock on no matter how long I waited outside... moon also come out dy lor

may i ask got wat different with n95 8g??

the nokia version 8G have bigger screen, not support any memory add on since it's already have 8Gb build inside the phone, the camera dont have any protector and the led flash is located down camera different from nokia n95.

resQ the respon abit slow compare. try slowly and let the rotate be in it's position around 3-5 second first

with d amount of ram, can d phone handle situations when playing back songs, n surfin. or music+gps n etc.

how is d surfin experience with n95, can it b used to dowload files from sites like rapidshare, or load pages with flash contents other than utube like crunchy roll and etc (streaming).

for normal use it's good. depend on the signal. to download files or watch streaming videos like youtube it's depend on the speed of your connection. if the signal u receieve is good then no problem but sometime i need to wait 2-5 second wait whil watching youtube videos.

i think liesen or something that can show road/ direction only in the middle east... the map is free right? but the wat have to pay?.. i'm not quite sure bout this... gps is free right?..

the navigation from 1 place to another.. if dont have the liesen they wont navigate right? maybe later on will post the pic of the box.. got sticker there..
