Kertas minyak...

If not, use cigarette box...
carcraze66
kertas minyak means...........lutsinar?? those used to wrap books??
i thought need to use something thats not transparent??
btw can anyone teach me where to put the diffuser??
thanks
Lestat
i think he meant those whitish tracing paper. any whitish semi transparent material is ok..

i've tried a few, but the most practical at those times when i need one is always tissue. easily available, stackable and disposable...and as custom WB.

u can use hard plastic like those A4 transparency or transparent box packaging for skeletal or structure. how u mount it depend on construction of ur camera. mine i just slip it in my S5 flash shoe. my tip, give some distance from your flash, 1-3 cm or more if u can and make the surface a few times bigger. say your flash is 1x2cm make it like 3x6cm or more. more light source surface=more diffused shadow.

Calvin, I also prefer the Normal shot. He! He! But of course, the WB looks diff compared to the other 3.

I found mine in a the Stationary department in Subang SS15's Carrefour.

However, you should be able to get it at some selected art/stationary shop. In malaysia it's known as plsatic mounting board if not mistaken.

I think RM4 for a A4 sized board. Bigger RM8, if I recall correctly.

But if you can find it just buy it.
carcraze66
btw, clavin, can u give me some cooment abt how to put my diffuser on my flash?? the above picture.....thanks
wKkaY
Just remember that when you use a diffuser, your light output suffers. And a tiny flash like that won't have much to start with.
dgrebel
if u read the latest, digital camera magazine, the guy actually use cuts from milk bottle. tongue.gif
goliath

garyfoong is like a whole BOWL which u put ontop.. google and see la... lightsphere gary foong.

well, compared to lambency and the rest, i think for it's performance, the size is acceptable, not big at all. check out the link below on the whale tail:
