A Digi user can use share his/her credit with a happy user, happy can be reloaded using Digi coupon and happy uses Digi's coverage. - That sounds interesting, where can I get happy simpacks and at what price?
As for now happy simpacks can be bought from the selected Giant outlets at only RM 5 with RM 2 preloaded credit (Don't click this spoiler as happy is not available in any Giant outlet except for Langkawi):» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «or you can buy from its website using credit card at minimum of RM 35 with RM 30 preloaded credit and it will be sent to your doorstep within a few days at no cost! However, you can't choose the number as it is picked randomly. - What is the main specialty of happy that makes people crazed over it?
Here is the most interesting part of happy. The call rate of happy is as follow:
For every 10 seconds, a user will be charged for RM 0.10. That means 1 minute will be equivalent to RM 0.60. When it reaches 1 minute and 39 seconds, RM 0.99 will be automatically charged. Wait, you can talk up to 45 minutes for only RM 0.99! Yes, no hidden charge or whatever!
After 45 minutes limit time is reached, the call will be cut off. No worry, you can call back and follow the above procedures again, you can talk over and over again for RM 0.99 for another 45 minutes call until your credit is all used up! - I understand that happy is a sub-telco of Digi, is the RM 0.99 charge rate only applies to calls made to Digi network?
No, absolutely no! You can make any call to anywhere as long as it is within Malaysia. That means, to any of the network providers or fixed lines at only RM 0.99 for 45 minutes!
However, there are exceptions for certain telephone numbers. For example, telephone numbers that begin with 1300 or 1800 will be charged at RM 1 per minute and for phone book directory 103 will be charged at RM 2 per minute! Please take note that happy can't make out call to 100. - Wow, amazing call rate! How about its SMS rate?
SMS rate is charged at RM 0.10 per SMS to any Malaysia's network providers and RM 1 per international SMS. Besides that, local MMS is charged RM 1 per MMS and RM 2 per international MMS. - I wonder if happy offers nice call rate for international calls too?
Unfortunately no. International calls will cost you a bomb, RM 5/minute to any country of the world! - Besides, making out calls and sending out SMS-es, is there any other service provided by happy? Like 3G?
As for now, no. Only GPRS is available, To activate GPRS, a one time fee of RM 2 will be deducted from your credit and for every 10kb of transferred GPRS data will be charged at RM 0.50. - I'm already a happy user but I don't know where to get my happy credit reloaded?
You can purchase it from its website via credit card with RM 10 minimum credit or reload from the happy booths in the selected Giant outlets. Else, you can try CIMBClicks Internet banking to reload your credit. Petronas and 7-11 have started to sell happy reloads too, but only at certain outlets at this early stage. Or, you can just simply buy a Digi reload coupon to reload your credit. - As a happy user, I need to know what are the important contact numbers of happy in case if anything happens.
You can call 014-3456789 for sim pack or reload purchasing via credit card and it is a 24-hour service. Or, 014-3333800 for happy customer service help desk. But, bear in mind every call will be charged at RM 2.00. - Oh, how about any shortcut key codes for happy users?
Yes, here they are:
Call *126# to check balance.
Call *123*16 Digits Digi reload coupon no.# to reload your happy.
Call *128#,7,4 to switch off automatic balance notification.
Call*128#,6,4,4 to switch off Voicemail services.
Call *128#,6,4,3, Voicemail OFF but Misscall Notification ON. - What about the reload validity of happy?
It is 60 days validity for every reload made. - How many sim packs can an I.C. register for?
The users are told that one I.C. can only register up to 10 sim packs and no transfer ownership can be done at the moment. - I got SMS notification that I can get free SMS/talk time, what should I do? Activate it?
Don't accept or activate it because it is more likely only offers to Digi users and not happy users. The best way is to ask in this thread and see if others receive such SMS too. - Alas, my sim card had lost, what should I do now? Can I get back the no.?
This system doesn't work on happy, the only thing you can do is call up the Customer Service and they can help to block the no. So, be careful and don't misplace your sim card. - Have other enquiry that is not stated here?
