Symbian phones like n73me is just like your pc. It'll become laggy if you installed too many stuff. However u can always format it when you feel that it's laggy. No, you can't upgrade the ram. You can upgrade the memory card only. It doesn't restarts or shut off often unless your unit has firmware problems

try to get SE k850i, 5mp!!! less than 1.5k now

actually i think u sure get wrong of something..

it slow because old n95 is only 64mb ram

and the new n95 8gb its 128mb ram.

That the reason n95 8gb is faster
