i'm in retail business too, just try to put yourself in the seller shoes, he's only 1 person, and countless impatient dude keep requesting highest priorities from him how will u react, and serving the few and anger a few, do u think the feeling is nice? let me tell u ...... it sucks~!! frustrating and annoying at most. Sometimes sad, for neglecting the ones u really like.
The main reason why most seller started with nice positive serving attitude and end up, the other way & don't give a F*ck later on, its not because he's not adapting and listening to request positively but merely given up on trying to do it when no one gives credits/regards and be reasonable towards their request in his services.
I always advise myself, as a customer, please be considerate, the reason overseas have first class customer services is because the customer are ethical/understanding and reasonable in the first place.
i hope i didn't offend anyone , just merely shouting my anger and frustration i get when dealing with multi types of customer daily.

When you say 'preorder', did you pay any deposit?
I just wanted to also add that Bernard and Crystal are fantastic. They are both really nice. I bought my ps3, some games and D3 from them. Right now they are swamped... There's only 2 of them and they are trying their best to get back to everyone.

Well I do know that the stock that came in so far has been very limited and his list of pre-order is more than 50. Onlt 15 copies yesterday. 2nd batch was held up in customs but also quite limited. I saw Crystal going down the list so maybe you should call. So it really depends on where you are in the list.

Waiting for them to call you is just impossible. I supported them all this while too. I bought so much PS3 games from them and I even brought my friend over to buy consoles from them. And yet when their GTA shipment arrived I received no call at all.

Geez their shop is only handled by both of them and when the stock came in there was loads waiting there for it how u expect them to free up time to call ? Besides many more pre ordered and if you wanted this game asap u wud hav called them on the day itself and everyday after to get the game as soon as the stock came . Don't talk to them like they didn't consider your feelings or something please
