Brought my friend to purchase a Wii. While my friend was testing it at home (during midnight no less, we bought it late), his game CD got stuck in the Wii. He sms-ed me and told me about the problem and blah blah should he have gotten from someplace else blah blah. So I told him not to worry and Bernard would know what to do. My friend was still in doubt and spent the whole night worried about it.

Anyway, brought it back to Bernard first thing next day. After some diagnosis, Bernard and Crystal promptly acknowledged the problem, and changed the Wii, one for one, with smiles!

No further questions asked, no take back and repair, no 'you're unlucky', no 'damn this is inconvenient', just good ol outstanding service with a smile!

Just to show that he is a great seller, and business person, I highly respect and recommend them, without a doubt.

And yes, my friend was truly satisfied.
