hi girls! i'm still having acnes outbreak though i'm now 20 years old. it's so saddening whenever you look at the mirror seeing your both your cheek, chin and forehead full of pimples.
worst still, i dont even dare to look at others people when i have big big acnes! i felt so depressed with my face!!!
i've tried some products like Clinique, Dermalogica, Cellnique, Jurlique, etc.... all appear to work for the first few weeks, but then its effects seems to deteriorate when i use it longer. *sigh*

hi, better see skin doctor if you have serious break out. skin care without consultation is suitable for normal skin with a few breakouts now or than.
i went to dr ranjit singh in ss14 subang (near taylor college) my break outs till now have disappear and i don't even fully complete my treatment. it cost rm80 every time i see him. he gives antibiotic and 2 types of different cream to use during day and night. i see him about every 3 weeks or 2 weeks. i guess same rate applies to other skin doctors. give a try ya.
dont gamble with skin care if breakouts really bad. might get worst depending on skin. better consult professionals like doctors. they know what they doing. good luck

Dont take antibiotic more than half year, it's not good for health
I've gone to seek doctor before but my skin becomes very sensitive as those cream have peel off efect.
I suggest seek doctor first, when ur face becomes better then go to do facial. Pls know ur skin type first then only choose products.
I've same problem as urs. I know ur feelings. It's really depressing.
I've changed quite a lot of products since i stopped seeking doctor.
I've used The Skin Food, CebaMed, Vichy. All these products are useless and made my skin worse.
Now im using Avene. So far it's the best product for me.
So wat's ur skin type?
Mine is oily, blemish prone, sensitive and easily get dehydrated.

u may need to use whitening products or AHA products. Of course, it takes time to recover. Maybe years.. be patient la

take care of your diet , don't eat spicy , seafood, fry chicken , oily food , sweety food, chocolates . Eat more vege , drink more water, eat more fruit.
That's it. If your's one is really bad , go see doctor, he may give u some medicine like tetracycline, doxycycline, monocycline, or Accutane. All have side effect . So dun use it for long time , try not to use all those fancy cleaner or toner, just use a normal cetaphil cleanser. Dun rub/touch your face with your hand. I have acne problem for so many years but not so serious lar , i have try all the medicine , it may cure your acne very fast but once you stop the medicine , it will slowly come back . So what i suggest is your go see a doctor , take the medicine , after all the acne clear, watch your diet and u will be fine. Hope it helps.

First of all, try to control what you eat. If you are constantly consuming highly toxic food (fried food, junk food, food with a lot of spices), they will burden your liver. If your liver doesn't filter up those toxic, those toxic will start to circulate in your body. Hence pimples will start to grow on your face as well as on your back and if the toxic amount keeps piling up, more and more health problems will appear. So if you think that your situation is pretty serious, try detoxification to discard of all the dirty stuffs in your body. Don't waste more money on those cosmetic stuff. Pimple grows from inside out and not from outside in. Cleanser only cleans what's outside and not inside.

Hi, i used to have a condition similar to this until back sometime ago i visit a skin specialist. Well.... massive continuous acnes, oily faces which can make 2 piece of those blue clean & clear absorbing paper semi-transparent each day. The doctor prescribed me with a "drug" name "roaccutane" 20mg for the first 6 months.. then reduced to 10mg for another 6 months.. this depends on individuals... depending on how long the acnes continue to last. Well... in reality, yes, i paid a fortune on those drugs... about RM3000 which 1 year supply of drugs + 3 time visit the doctor. Oh, there will be a blood test at first.. to check whether your body is healthy enough to take the drugs

Also! This is NOT suitable for those wanting to have a baby while taking the drugs!!
Last but not least.... the specialist doctor i visit is in glene eagle hospital.. that's why so expensive.. im sure there are cheaper ones at other places... This works perfectly for me and my mom

no more pimples now.... i've stopped taking the drugs for over a year ... and im PIMPLE-FREE yay!

i took roaccutane also when i was at 17 like dat. but i cannot tahan 20mg a day. my blood test got some abnormal readings.so i only can take 10mg a day. the purple colour tablet tht cost RM8 each. u good la. take 1 year only. i took for 18months. btw, i took blood test once a month. good thing abt it is, it normally is a permanent cure compare to antibiotics. and it heals the scar quite alot also for me.
