which model?btw i suggest u send back to canon for service to avoid high rate charges from the shop.
...and to avoid being conned. Most likely the shop will just charge you and then THEY send back to Canon. So you indirectly also paid for the shipping and 'handling' charges.

i have 1 cybershot dsc-s600..the on/off button cannot push anymore..is it really charge that high to repair it??..
Stuck issit?
If your warranty is over, and if you're mechanically inclined, you can open up its casepart and see how/why is the button stuck. Might be something really simple that you can DIY fix it.
