are those ready ground beef sold in tesco ok? or should i just buy the whole beef and go ground them myself?
Syd G
It's not the modified stuff beef that makes Ramly patties bad. It's the hidden starch / unknown fillers that they use to make it tastes better. Anyhoo they use whatever available non-boney part of the beef just like chicken nuggets - this includes tendon, and other unrecognizable organs tongue.gif

Anyhoo pure ground beef patties are expensive. You can make it yourself and google for recipe. Usually patties are made for grilling and burger/sandwiching purposes. I'd rather stir-fry the damn thing biggrin.gif

use minced beef lar...no need to grind urself summore.
kianweic
Minced beef are usually have higher fat content than the usual steaks and chunks.

Beef in general provide a good source of iron and some other stuff can't be found in both chicken or tuna.
ididitforthelulz
vit B6...
but nevertheless, it's still red meat.
So you might wanna keep that in mind.

and what's the advised consumption amount for such beef patty? I'm coming to 3 decades old soon and do not wish to spoil my health further with this. tongue.gif

I've taken the liberty to look for good beef patties. There's one brand I saw at Tesco Ampang just now. First Choice.. Claimed to be 100% beef, RM7 something for 4 quarter-pound patties.
