Hey hey, whats up? Wanna ask how to build up muscle at bicep and abdomen at home .. I know sit up and push up , but any others suggestion ? lol .... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Hmm.. well i'm targeting those area's as well. I've learn from somewhere that doing the "L" pull ups is great man.

it locks your abs while training your arms at the same time.. besides the pull up trains your arms and back as well.

Sit ups are crap if you know how to do crunches.

Crunches > Sit Up =) before that i used to do sit ups.....no results

Wah.. sho i assume that you have 6 pack here.

I also believe that there are a few types of crunches.
Care to share some info to a newbie??

Nolar..no 6 packs yet cry.gif What i meant was...compared to sit ups..I had more progress flex.gif

- Barbell

- Dumb bell

- Bench (if got money, buy the one with 'supporter'.)

- Weight plates <--- expensive but it's ok, your kids can use them in future. Will last forever anyway. biggrin.gif

- Yoga mat or similar

The old skool bench supporter is more longer lasting than those Kettler type, lulz. Hopefully I'm able to find one soon. smile.gif
