Below is the package:
1 Mbps = RM77
512 Kbps = RM 66
384Kbps = RM 55
i register for 1Mbps package at 30/7/2007 ,after 2month the speed is around 200Kbps(Max is 300Kbps ++), i tot that is under construct (because that is new for our condo) need sometime to stabilize ,so nvm i try to use it, although that is quite slow n not stable(slow download,poor quality for VOIP phone,Delay in online game).
after 3month the speed is still same, so i try to call for the costumer service, they replay me their internet service should be not problem because that is no people complain about it, then they will try to check it out.n they ask me to send the spped test result for they.so i wait......
after 1month waiting the speed still same.i have not mood to wait,so yesterday i call to the costumer service(gal) again see below:
gal: 'should be not problem for our internet service, we have already 20 year experience this calling.n not ppl complain about it.'
then i say that is other problem, now my problem is my service is slow.
gal : 'maybe is ur PC get virus(we have 2 pc at home,n my pc just format, i dun thing is virus).'
then i say: how u know the speed slow is my pc problem.
gal :' how u know is our problem?'
i m very surprise they give me this kind of respond,so irresponsibly n she ask me change to other broadband service(like TM net or other,because for my condo,TM link full).i`m really disappointed with such good service.
i m the victim i dun wish other ppl will face the same problem with me, that is only wasting ur life.
