To burn fat and get slim, which is more effective? Sit-ups and push-ups before or after cardio (I do cycling on machine)?
How many push-ups and sit-ups is recommended? I don't want to be aimlessly doing without a target.

I recommend you do push-ups before cardio and end your workout with sit-ups till failure.

...till failure? What are you trying to say?
Added on November 20, 2007, 6:38 pmI feel hungry now. Drinking Milo 2+1. Will that negatively effect my workout?
I ate Corn Flakes and low fat milk nearly about 11.30am
About 3pm ate a leftover chocolate chip bun

Yeah. Till you can't do it anymore for the day. Your abdominal is one really big muscle. And although you do until failure, it will recover pretty fast and you will be ready for another go the next day.

Light cardio for warmup.
If do intense cardio before anything else, you won't have energy left to perform the rest.
