Hi. Is there any fax software that can do the following (or at least fulfill the main criteria):

Essential:
1. Receive fax through traditional phoneline in softcopy (incoming fax machine replacement)
2. Preview and select desired fax to save, print or delete (even forward as email)
3. Send traditional fax via scanner

Preferred
1. Merge with Lotus Notes to forward received faxes via email
2. Work with Microsoft Word (able to pick up word document and send as fax)
3. Send soft-fax from user's workstation (don't have to go to server to do so)

Just use Windows Built-in Fax.....Add in the Printer Control Panel there...

But bear in mind, its not 100% confirm successful received no matter what software u use..

Or u can use google to find commercial softwares, paid ones..

I USE the microsfot built in fax , but some time i fax the bank slip it is bury. can;t see it clearly

u need to a modem with fax support, in order to use fax facilities.

Modem is not a problem, picking a right application is. Plenty of choices out there, can't really decide...

does it require telephone line? it means that if we use DSL, we cannot use the software?

I think you can use dsl to fax. u need fax modem.. correct me if i'm wrong/
