I have a camera just bought in Jun2007, unfortunely broken after one month
So i took back the shop claim for repair.
Until now still haven't finish repair.

Chase them every week, excuse are:
1) new model
2) Need to export from Japan
3) Need to confirm from technician

I buy from a small shop in LY. Hear this shop got some small lot in LY but different name

Don't ever trust the small shop there, sales after service damn lousy
Took 4 months still can't manage to repair

Why did you even give to the shop to service?
Best bet would be to go to the service centre directly, unless there's none locally.

Do you have a service order receipt from them? Any black and white acknowledgement you handed in your camera for servicing? If not, it can be considered stolen by now.

What is the shop name?

Why don't you just send it directly to service center as what flamedragon?

I send on 22 Jul 2007 for repair. Got repair receipt.
My camera is FX-30 panasonic. I think is Q1 2007 product.
The shop name: My World Marketing Sdn Bhd

Can i know where is the panasonic service center?
So i can call them directly.

But took too long to service, if the spare parts ship from Japan , should be arraive.
By the way, how much the repair will be cost?
They say is 250++

Should send to the Service Centre directly.

The shop usually wait until there's a lot then only they send in 1 shot.
