to be able to run dual-channel, ur motherboard/cpu must have the ability to support it.
check ur mobo user manual to c is there a way to get ur mobo run on dual-channel, except tat u r using older mobo.

check this site Crucial, it would be able to recommend the ram tat fit ur rig

sorry, dun hav PC2-4300 n seldom users choose 533MHz anymore since backward compatible could works on 667Mhz n the price difference is less...there are less 533MHz SoDimm at the market as well

supplier prefer to take PC2-5300 667MHz instead of PC2-4300 533MHz.

means those using ddr2 533 can use ddr2 667

then it is a good news for me~!

It will backward compatible, let say ur pc/lappie maximum support only ddr2 533, when u put in ddr2 667, the ram will backward to 533
