may i know izit all pioneer 6950 now are made from thailand??or izit got diffrenece between local n import?if yes wat's the diffrence??please help me out...if from thailand can i take it to authroised pioneer techinian 2 warranty it??hope can get 2 know from all pros n sifu at here...

many sell in market also made in china d. u can claim from the shop u buy mah...

but i don think the 1 i buy is from shop wor....they say those r important 1 wor n they r dealer wor...so how??really hav no idea wit wat happening at tis world...lol

nowadays all pioneer lower end models are made in thailand..unless those audiophiles player.
btw, the different between local set and those bring in from other country is the warranty problem. If u trust that person, u can get the cheaper version. U get a chance of selling MIA or seller do not wish to claim warranty for u.
A local dealer will provided an official receipt which is in computer form / receipt with their registered company's logo and address. All freelance/part timer should only provide u a receipt that only include their signature. Remind that this receipt is not official. U cant use it to prove anything
as for warranty claim, u guys can only claim it from malaysia pioneer service center for free if ur player is malaysia units and within 1 year. anything else u will be charge as a minimum of RM30 as i know
Warranty claim for malaysia units usually is 1-2 days only unless special case. While repair will take 1 -2 weeks since it's not their priority to repair an overseas unit and u had to pay for that.
