in the old days yeah, when huntress had a few armor and if im not mistaken slightly higher damage, nowadays its impossible. Btw there are many ways to counter a hunt rush.

Usually on an ne mirror they will potm mass hunts in the old times, i remember moons potm hunts going against remind dh hunts and archer, remind got terrain advantages so he won.

Dota just like a CS, is a team game. if have somebdy think this can be 1 man show. then definitely he play with a newbie or he also is a brainless players. this game only will interest while playing in a fair game & both team have a good teamwork. Out of this 2 point, Dota just waste time if cont play in unfair position. some of the private server have a lot of lcly dota players, always said ppl is a noob. dunno wat position he stand? if he team with newbie? ppl scold back he is noob = wat he think?

Tier 2 units are often better...But i donno why lor...NE stay on tier 1 1st then go to 2...... Go watch moon replay, in just 8 minutes tier 3 6 bears with master ready to kill, and u are only at tier 1 or maybe the highest 2....

Those non melee starters in dota usually dont use hotkeys.

hotkeys are optional... for both melee and DotA...
you can still win plenty of games without using hotkeys...
i got a friend who doesn't use hotkey at all, beats the opponents who uses hotkeys in the competition.. it gonna show how overrated hotkeys are...?

PROs use hotkeys doesn't mean you must follow them too!!!

I like strategy games normally, but I always find that heroes, specifically night elf heroes, are too imba in w3 melee games. Has anyone else found this? The enemy doesn't need too many units, just 2 or 3 heroes can down your whole army. They send them out go farm neutrals really early game and can live, farm so high level really fast. When I try always die so fast to creeps -.- So I never really got into w3 melee too much...

in melee game play without hotkeys are super damn slow .... not to mention dota...
