Nice, i like Virtua Tennis all the series.... if this game can play online in PC version, i m sure to get the Original one.

Nowadays should be can play through by online one..if i get the game we can try to play with hamachi..if you want...thanks..i played virtua tennis before....very very nice...

when i saw ss from gamespot, the funny of this game is training section.....

but from ss, the graphic is great. not like i saw it last time !!!

what are the requirements?

tried the game already, no online play , no network play summore.
imo arcade version better than pc version, at least can challange others
currently playing the world tour mode, training my custom character hehe.

tried the game, graphic is nice better than top spin but for game play too arcade style, top spin is better and tougher..less button control for this

Depends on yourself lor, i like the easy arcade style of VT3 compared to top spin. For me, its addictive

wanna ask whats the use of the button, change strategy coz it seems that its useless..then how u make a close to net shot?

that change strategy button? i think its for doubles.
When playing doubles with computer, u can assign it to baseline play, net play or normal play.
Close to net shot? Drop shot ar? If its drop shot, press the slice button and direction facing ur player, usually down+slice. (must accumulate power only can)
There is also flat shot, kick serve and many more... hehe how i know? coz i play arcade de, ask ppl oni i know .

so got any guides??like which button to press for what shot and so on??

However, i came accross this chinese (HK) website last year about virtua tennis 3 for the arcade, i dont know if u know how to read chinese. My chinese is quite bad, so i read very slowly

ranked 15 in world tour....

Hit rank 1 a couple of days ago... Pretty fun game, though a bit hard to get used to after playing Top Spin 2.

The World Tour isn't as hard as you think... Just remember, the difficulty of your opponent is ALWAYS proportional to your current skill level... So, if you constantly get your ass handed to you by the AI, just go train a bit and increase your skill levels.

Honestly the system is a bit trivial as they only factor in your highest combination of skills to determine your "style". So, those skills become more powerful than usual and everything else balances out. I'm currently making a serve-volley player and even though my serve rank is almost double my stroke skills, I can still do some pretty nasty MAX groundstrokes.

Top Spin 2's gameplay is overall more fun, but the career mode is ridiculously easy (I won the Aus Open using some noob who had about 5 silver stars only) and so I play this more often.

PS. Try getting a turkey (3 strikes in a row) in Pin Crusher

Bro.. i have try it already, almost same one.... just 1 thing in PC version i m really dun like is, i cant use my controller control all the menu untill i get into the game...

in order to have 2 players to play together at a comp,u need to use 2 keyboard or 2 gamepad at a comp



update to the latest version and controller can b used everyhere

hi ayie,k1n9 here...lol if virtua tennis 3 can play online then surely very fun one..hehehe.. i ranked number 1 in world tour since year 6.but i keep playing till year 11 still won't finish.Besides my volleying already reach max,can train anymore...hehe if can keep going more nice...lol

I finally got my number 1 rank during my fourth year..Now training other skills like Volley and Serve...

ahh just find this thread...i'm world no 1 right now...beat federer in king of player 6-3..kena tggl 3-0 ingat nak give up dah...after won that goes the developer name on screen..u guys should try tournament series..i hate to meet duke-lv1 in the 6th tournament..so classics that person and hard to beat...

I think Top Spin 2 and Virtua Tennis 3 are the top games in this tennis genre. I definately want to play both of them but still couldn't find it.

I started playing this game in last weekend. Definitely a great game to play. The graphic is good and you have alot of fun when playing it. Anyway, this game can be quite hard if you set it to the "very hard" difficulty. =)

So,wanna ask, is VT3 better than TS2?

The graphic seems better in VT3.

So, gameplay is anyways much the same.
Vt3 have better graphics..so I need better pc spec.

I reached No.1 few days ago and beat Federer in the King of Players duel (very hard mode).. Lol..

Its a setback that there is no multiplayer feature in this game (unless you have 2 keyboards or gamepad).... A great game, theres still area that the developer can improve on.

Is there any extra players that are hidden? I read in GameSpot, they say that you can unlock 2 players if you win the "Tournament Mode" (Playstation 3 & X box versions)... No signs of the players in PC version.
